On-site Massage

This massage is performed through the clothes on a specially designed chair. No oil is used. It lasts for 15-30 mins and is aimed at the work place, conferences, certain social events and for those for which a full body massage is unsuitable.

It's aims are first to relax the client, de-stressing & relieving general muscular tension. Techniques to rejuvenate and revitalise are then employed.

Also known as Seated Acupressure. Thumbs, fingers, hands, elbows and forearms are used to stimulate many of the acupressure points on the 12 major meridians accessible on the back, arms, hands, neck and head. This press and release technique helps to stimulate and balance the flow of energy or life force throughout the body.

Treatment £20 for ½ hr.
