Performed fully clothed lying on a couch (preferable to wear comfortable trousers).

Thai massage combines the benefits of massage with pressure point stimulation and stretching which helps the ligaments, muscles, nerves, joints and internal organs.

In addition to this it stimulates prana, chi or life force energy by encouraging the flow through pressure on specific energy points thereby allowing the body to reassert natural balance & flow which in turn encourages the body to self heal.
