Therapeutic massage is the process of applying various manual (hand) techniques to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue (fascia).

The holistic application of physical touch can affect the muscular, skeletal, digestive, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, endocrine, emotional, mental & nervous systems of the body.

Whilst relaxation remains an essential part of the treatment, advanced techniques are also employed such as: neuromuscular, soft tissue release, muscle energy, myofascial and deep tissue.
